Share Your Expertise: Lead an Empower Hour at the BRC

Do you have a professional skillset that you feel is a valuable addition to any small business owner’s arsenal?

If so, we are seeking experts in the community to lead sessions in our popular Empower Hour Series of free, snack-sized trainings, teaching valuable skills for business owners.

Past sessions have covered everything from Canva to acquiring a business to mindfulness and stress management for entrepreneurs.

We consistently get feedback that business owners are looking to grow skills like:

• HR/hiring
• Simple QuickBooks
• Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
• Getting started with Square
• Time management
• Word of mouth marketing

If you have these skills and are hungry to share, we’d love to invite you to join the experts who’ve led workshops in our Empower Hour series.

What’s in it for you, as a presenter?

Hosting a session, which are generally held on Thursdays from 12-1:30 pm, is a great way to network and connect with business owners who might need more hands-on help in your area of expertise.

It’s also a turnkey way to host a workshop and grow your presentation skills– We provide the space, help with getting the word out to our involved community, and even provide lunch, and you simply provide the expertise!
