This 5-month Leadership Development Program is designed to help business and community leaders like you deepen self-awareness, define how you want to be known as a leader, and master the skills needed to build and motivate high-performing teams.
LEARN TO:
Program includes: 1:1 personalized leadership coaching, a professional leadership assessment, and many opportunities to practice leadership skills in-person while cultivating relationships with other Eastern Sierra leaders.
JaRae Birkeland is an Eastern Sierra-based leadership development coach and consultant who understands the unique needs of our area's leaders first-hand. She specializes in developing customized sustainable, research-based initiatives for organizations, teams, and individuals. JaRae has a diverse professional background in organizational development, program facilitation, executive coaching, project management, and outdoor experiential education. Her passion for organizational leadership and learning about different cultures has led her to living, working, and traveling in 6 continents, 35 countries, and all 50 states creating a variety of global experiential learning programs in corporate environments. JaRae has worked with leaders in both the public and private sector in the fields of engineering, construction, finance, education, government, tech, healthcare, entrepreneurial start-ups and non-profits.

Tuition is subsidized by a Catalyst grant from Sierra Jobs First.
